Pumpkin Roll
Pumpkin Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. pumpkin, 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
Gradually add sugar in small amounts.
Beat until thick.
Fold in pumpkin and dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Grease a 15 x 10-inch pan and line with waxed paper.
Pour batter into pan.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake in a preheated 375Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Turn out on a clean towel which is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Roll as a jelly roll and let cool.
Unroll and spread with filling.
Then re-roll, chill and keep refrigerated.
