Pumpkin Roll

Heat oven to 375°.
Line cookie sheet (10 x 15-inches) with wax paper.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour batter on cookie sheet and spread out evenly.

Turn on tea towel and roll up like a jelly roll.
Let cool 30 minutes.
Unroll and spread with filling.
