Pumpkin Roll

Gradually add sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice; set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Fold into pumpkin mixture.
Spread onto greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375Β°.
Spread counter sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cake out roll up.
Let cool. Unroll and mix remaining ingredients.
Spread on cake and roll up. Slice and serve.
