Beat eggs on high 5 minutes.
Beat in sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Mix together all dry ingredients and fold into pumpkin mixture.
Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
Spread mixture onto pan.

Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Turn onto towel covered with powdered sugar.
Roll in towel. Chill.
