Pumpkin Roll
Pumpkin Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. pumpkin, 3/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Oil a large cookie sheet and line with wax paper.
Mix together the sugar, eggs and pumpkin. Add the flour, cinnamon and dash of salt.
Pour mixture on the cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 375Β°. Will be a thin layer.
When done, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Lay a tea towel over warm cake and flip over carefully. Remove wax paper. Roll cake up with towel. Let rest for 1 hour.
Unroll and spread with filling.
