Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon before adding other ingredients.

Grease cookie sheet and cover with wax paper. Pour mixture in pan and bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.

While hot, roll and place in freezer for 15 minutes.

After cooling down, remove wax paper.

Spread on filling and roll again.
