Pumpkin Pie Dessert
Pumpkin Pie Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 large can pumpkin, 2 c. canned milk (1 tall can plus water) and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 7 ingredients into custard and pour into large oblong Pyrex pan which has been sprayed generously with Pam.
Then mix butter or margarine into cake mix.
Mix until crumbly.
Spread evenly over custard mix in Pyrex pan.
Sprinkle top with walnuts. Bake in 350Β° oven for one hour and ten minutes.
Serve with or without whipped cream.
Serves 12 to 15.
