Blend the first 3 ingredients (minus 1 cup of the cake mix); press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine the next 7 ingredients until well mixed.

Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
