Mix first 3 ingredients and spread into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine pumpkin, eggs, sugars, milk and cinnamon and pour onto cake mix in pan.
Mix reserved cake mix, oleo, sugar and nuts.
Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
