Pumpkin Pie Cake
Pumpkin Pie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pumpkin, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Blend all above ingredients, except yellow cake mix, walnuts and butter; beat well.
Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 package yellow cake mix and 1 cup walnuts. Drizzle 1 1/2 cubes of butter (melted) on top of mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 10 to 12.
