Pumpkin Pie Cake
Pumpkin Pie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin, 4 eggs, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat all ingredients together except cake mix, oleo and nuts. Put pumpkin mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix over mixture in cake pan.
Pour the melted oleo over top of cake mix and sprinkle the nuts on top of this.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, no longer.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Can omit ginger or nutmeg.
