Pumpkin Pie Cake
Pumpkin Pie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 large can pumpkin, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients, except cake mix, oleo and nuts, together and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture and top with 1 1/2 sticks melted oleo and 1 cup nuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Serve with Cool Whip.
