Pumpkin Pie Cake
Pumpkin Pie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs.
Add pumpkin, sugar, spices and milk.
(Do not have to use beater for pumpkin mixture, just blend together well.)
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Do not use Pyrex.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over top (can take knife and poke cake mix into pumpkin mixture before baking).
Drizzle melted margarine over all of it. Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
