Line pie plate with 9-inch pie crust.
Combine in a blender or mixing bowl all the ingredients except the egg whites.
Mix well. Fold beaten egg whites into pie filling.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 425°.
Reduce heat to 375° and continue to bake for 30 minutes or until filling is set.
