Pumpkin Pie

Combine eggs and canned pumpkin, then add sugar, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon and salt.
Thoroughly blend in evaporated milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell(s) and bake 15 minutes at 425°.
Lower temperature to 325° and bake for 40 to 45 more minutes, or until knife blade comes out clean when inserted into center of the pie.
