Blend together sugar, salt and spices.
Combine with pumpkin. Add beaten eggs.
Stir in hot milk.
Pour into 9-inch crust.
Bake in hot oven at 425° until crust starts to brown around the edges (15 to 20 minutes).
Reduce heat to moderate oven at 350° and bake for about 30 minutes.
Do not fill pie up to top.
