Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can (13 1/2 oz.) pumpkin, 1/2 doz. eggs, 1 lb. brown sugar, dark, 2 cans evaporated skim milk and 2 tsp. pumpkin spice or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. clove, 1/2 tsp. ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all together; pour in pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then 350° for 20 minutes. To test, put knife into pie halfway between center and edge.
If knife comes out dry, then pie is cooked.
