Heat oven to 425°.
Beat eggs slightly with hand beater or wire whisk in medium bowl.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Place pie plate on cookie sheet to prevent spills.
Pour filling into pie plate.

Reduce oven temperature to 350°. Bake for about 45 minutes longer or until done.
Cool. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until chilled.
