Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin or 2 c. cooked pumpkin, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Thaw frozen pie shell 20 minutes.
Crimp edge to stand 1/2-inch above rim.
Preheat oven with cookie sheet at 375Β°.
Bake pie on cookie sheet 70 minutes or until tests done.
Turn pie at 35 minutes to assure even baking.
Knife inserted near center of pie tests clean.
