Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 3/4 c. pumpkin and 1/2 stick margarine or butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 425°.
Beat eggs, while gradually adding sugar. When blended, add milk, pumpkin, butter and spice.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350° and bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
