Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 c milk, 1/8 c molasses, 2 eggs and 1 c sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix sugar, cornstarch and spices together in lg bowl.
Add milk, eggs, butter and molasses.
Add pumpkin and mix until all blended together.
Pour into uncooked pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes and decrease heat to 375 for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when stuck into middle of the pie.
