Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pumpkin, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to pumpkin.
Add eggs, Milnot and hot water.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° until done.
(I double this for 16-ounce can of pumpkin.
Makes three 8-inch pies.)
