Pumpkin Pecan Cake
Pumpkin Pecan Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. chopped pecans, 3 1/3 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease and flour a 12-inch tube pan.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves.
Cream together sugar and shortening; add eggs and mix well.
Add chopped pecans to dry ingredients, then add creamed mixture, folding together with pumpkin and alternating with water.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
