Pumpkin Nut Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 stick butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. pureed pumpkin and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and sugar together in mixing bowl.
Add beaten eggs and pumpkin; mix well.
Combine flour with baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt.
Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture.
Mix enough to blend ingredients.
Add milk and walnuts and mix well until batter is smooth.
Bake in buttered loaf pan (9 1/2 x 5-inch) at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
