Pumpkin Dessert
Pumpkin Dessert is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. graham crackers, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c. melted butter, 3 eggs and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Press graham crackers, 1/3 cup sugar and butter into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix 3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese.
Pour over crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Cook pumpkin, 4 egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar, milk, salt and cinnamon until heated well.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to pumpkin mixture. Cool and add 4 beaten egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar, beaten into egg whites.
Pour mixture into cooled crust.
Can top with Cool Whip.
