Pumpkin Crunch
Pumpkin Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon and eggs.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Top this with yellow cake mix (sprinkle, do not mix).
Sprinkle pecans on top of cake mix.
Cover nuts with pieces of butter.
Bake at 350Β° for one hour.
Let cool completely.
Beat whipping cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar together and spread on top of cooled pie.
