Pumpkin Crunch
Pumpkin Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture.
Sprinkle pecans over cake mix.
Cover pecans with pieces of margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool and top with cream cheese mixture (1/2 of Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar).
Use rest of Cool Whip on each serving.
