Preheat oven to 350Β°.

Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil. In a bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine flour and butterscotch chips.

Process until butterscotch chips are as fine as the flour.

Pour into a large bowl; add baking soda, Crisco, sugar, brown sugar, egg and pumpkin.

Beat until well mixed.

Stir in oats, white chocolate and walnuts.

Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto the foil-lined cookie sheets.

Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove immediately and cool on racks.

Store in airtight container.
