Pumpkin Cake Pudding
Pumpkin Cake Pudding is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. canned pumpkin and 1/2 c. molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together shortening and sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in pumpkin and molasses.
Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and spices.
Blend into pumpkin mixture alternately with orange juice.
Stir in nuts and orange rind. Turn into a greased and waxed paper lined 9-inch square pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
May be served with whipped cream or topping.
This is great with cream cheese icing.
