Pumpkin Cake
Pumpkin Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin, 1 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/8 tsp. cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, evaporated milk, spices and eggs.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch lightly greased baking pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture.
Top with chopped walnuts, patting topping down.
Pour melted butter over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes; invert cake onto a platter.
Cool before frosting.
