Pumpkin Cake

Beat eggs well
Add sugar, a little at a time
Put in pumpkin and beat well
Add water and oil
Add flour, soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt (which have been sifted together) last
Blend well
Pour into well-greased and floured pans
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour until a toothpick comes out clean
Use 2 loaf pans or a large tube pan.
