Combine ingredients and bake, 35 to 40 minutes, at 350Β° in a square or oblong baking dish.
Can also be baked in a Bundt pan for 55 to 60 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in center of cake, if it comes out clean, it's done.
After about 5 minutes or so of cooking, turn cake over on plate.
