👨🍳 Instructions
Mix sugar, oil and pumpkin purée in bowl; beat well.
Add eggs; beat well.
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; combine with pumpkin mixture.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour in 10-inch greased tube pan.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
Do not open door under 1 hour.
