Pumpkin Cake

Mix the first seven ingredients.
Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture.
Chop nuts; sprinkle over top and pat in.

Bake 50 minutes at 350Β°.
