Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream sugar and oil.
Beat eggs and pumpkin with sugar and oil.
Sift flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and cloves.
Add to pumpkin mixture alternately with water.
Mix well.
Pour into 2 well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Let stand 10 minutes and remove from pans.
