Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 3 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. allspice and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, soda and salt.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans and fill 1/2 full of mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let cool and you can store in cans with lids.
