Put all dry ingredients in one bowl.
Blend sugar and oil in another bowl.
Then add beaten eggs and pumpkin to the sugar and oil mixture.
Then slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
Put in 2 loaf pans (well-greased).
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Feel free to add walnuts or raisins.
