Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oil, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, 3 c. sugar and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and pumpkin together.
Combine dry ingredients and mix with other mixture.
Grease and flour three 1 pound coffee cans and the 1 (16 ounce) pumpkin can.
Pour each 1/2 full or you can use 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
Bake at 300Β° about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from cans.
Cool 1 hour before slicing.
