Pumpkin Bread

Sift all dry ingredients together into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center.
Add water, eggs, oil and pumpkin; blend well.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Pour batter into a greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 1 loaf.
