Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. salad oil, 2/3 c. water, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin and 1 c. seedless, dark raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine salad oil, water, eggs and pumpkin.
Stir until well blended.
In plastic bag, combine raisins, pecans and 2 tablespoons flour.
Shake until well coated; set aside.
Combine 3 1/3 cups flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add liquid ingredients and stir well.
Stir in raisin mixture.
