Pumpkin Bread

Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, with a hand wire whip, whip eggs for 10-15 seconds.
Add in vegetable oil, water and pumpkin.
Add to sugar & spices and mix for 60 seconds.
Gradually add to flour and baking soda.
Fold in pecans.
