Cream oil, sugar, eggs, buttermilk and pumpkin together.
Beat flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Add with creamed mixture and beat until smooth.
Add 1 cup chopped nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour in 3 (5 x 8-inch) bread pans or 17 mini loaf pans for 30 minutes.
Freezes well.
