Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. salad oil, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream sugar and oil together.
Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well. Sift together dry ingredients, add alternately with water to pumpkin mixture.
Pour into 2 well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Remove from pan to cool.
