Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. flour, 3 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cinnamon, 1 c. crisco oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix well the flour, sugar, cinnamon, oil, eggs and water.
Set aside.
Mix pumpkin, baking soda and salt.
Add to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Add walnuts or raisins.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans or 13 ounce coffee cans.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until done.
Makes 4 loaves.
