Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. corn oil, 4 eggs, 1 lb. can pumpkin (libby's pumpkin with brown label) and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat together sugar, oil and eggs.
Add pumpkin and mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder, cloves, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon; mix with first 4 ingredients.
Then add walnuts and raisins.
Bake in 4 loaf pans at 350Β° for 1 hour (metal pans, 50 minutes).
