Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 1 c. cooked pumpkin or 1 (16 oz.) can, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. ground cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon together.
Set aside.
Blend sugar and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool in pans.
