Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 c. salad oil, 2 c. pumpkin and 2/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs. Beat well. Add pumpkin, then water.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture, then stir in raisins and nuts. Grease 3 loaf pans; do not flour. Set on cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans. Wrap in foil.
Can be frozen.
