Pumpkin Bars
Pumpkin Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oil, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, 4 eggs, beaten and 2 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease baking sheet, 15 x 10-inch.
Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large mixer bowl on medium for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in Bisquick, cinnamon and raisins.
Pour into pan.
Bake until knife comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes; cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Cut into bars.
Makes about 50 (3 x 1-inch) bars.
Refrigerate remaining bars.
