Pult or Klubb
Pult Or Klubb is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. hog blood, 2 c. flour or 1 c. corn meal and 1 c. bran flour, 2 c. milk, 1 c. raisins and 1 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift flour, sugar, spices and salt together.
Add liquids and stir well.
Add raisins, rice and suet.
Dough will be soft; pour into greased 1 pound coffee cans.
Place cans in a pan of water and place in bottom of oven.
Bake for 2 hours at 350Β°.
Cool and freeze or cool and then slice in 1/2-inch slices; fry in butter and serve with syrup.
