Pull Mints
Pull Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. butter, food coloring and 8 drops peppermint oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Make in very cold weather.
Mix together sugar, water and butter.
Add food coloring to desired color.
Cook until 375Β° on candy thermometer.
Pour quickly onto cold buttered marble slab.
Add peppermint oil and flip edges over and mix together.
Pick up and pull mints (outside).
Must be done quickly until cool.
Cut with scissors.
Drop into confectioners sugar to coat.
Store in tight container.
